Angus Henderson, Partner

Angus has worked on Australian communications regulatory, wholesale and commercial transactions over the past 15 years. He has worked for leading telecommunications operators in the sector on some of the leading telecommunications, pay television and broadband deals over this time.

A large proportion of Angus’ practice is also devoted to the development of competitive regulatory models in the telecommunications and broadcasting industries. Angus provides extensive advice to operators and regulators throughout the Asia Pacific and the Middle East on these matters.

In 2009 Angus was recommended in the PLC Cross-border Media & Communications Handbook and was named in the Best Lawyers list for Telecommunications. He is also the co-editor of Communications Law and Policy in Australia.

Before joining Webb Henderson in 2009, Angus was a senior partner at Gilbert & Tobin.
