Senior legal staff should have had, at a minimum, three or more years of senior legal experience in one or more of our specialist areas. This experience should have been gained at a top-tier law firm in major common law jurisdictions. They should also have an excellent academic record.
It is not necessary for more junior legal staff to have the same levels of experience, but they must have top-tier law firm experience and an excellent academic record. Graduate level legal staff should have an excellent academic record.
