They should have restrained egos and a positive and enthusiastic attitude to their work. Their competitive instincts need to be focussed externally, while being internally supportive.

Remuneration of staff is above market rates offered by the large firms and is tailored to performance and contribution. Our working conditions are excellent, with offices in prime locations. Every effort is made to ensure our staff enjoy the best career opportunities available in our specialist fields.

Senior legal staff should have had, at a minimum, three or more years of senior legal experience in one or more of our specialist areas. This experience should have been gained at a top-tier law firm in major common law jurisdictions. They should also have an excellent academic record.

It is not necessary for more junior legal staff to have the same levels of experience, but they must have top-tier law firm experience and an excellent academic record.  Graduate level legal staff should have an excellent academic record.
