Jessica Gurevich, Lawyer

Jessica is a commercial intellectual property and technology lawyer, specialising in telecommunications, wholesale and procurement transactions. She holds bachelor degrees in Laws (Honours) and Commerce (majoring in Finance), both from the University of Melbourne.  

Jessica has been involved in providing advice to listed companies, private entities and government departments, related to procurement, intellectual property, corporate and commercial issues on a diverse range of domestic and international transactions. Examples of her experience include assisting in major outsourcing transactions for large-scale clients in the telecommunications industry, assisting in due diligence conducted for a number of intellectual property heavy targets and providing various terms and conditions, and other disclaimers for clients' websites and marketing materials. Jessica also has in house experience gained from a secondment to Travelex, where she was involved in technology, outsourcing and marketing matters.

Prior to joining Webb Henderson in July 2010, Jessica practiced as a lawyer in the Intellectual Property and Technology group at Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
