Ken is a specialist telecommunications, ICT and media lawyer, with in-depth commercial and regulatory experience.

In the telecommunications sector, Ken has had experience in drafting and negotiating interconnection agreements both in New Zealand and overseas.  He has also had significant involvement in the drafting of other telecommunications wholesale service agreements, the implementation of number portability, compliance with the confidentiality regime under the New Zealand Telecommunications Act and other telecommunications regulatory advice.

Ken also has a wide range of media law experience, having acted for a television broadcaster, an entertainment software publisher and a screen production company.
