Lisa has over 15 years experience of media, telecommunications and technology transactional and regulatory work in Australia, South East Asia and Europe.  She has represented leading telecommunications, pay TV and new media operators, as well as large corporations, utilities and government. 

Some of Lisa's recent experience includes:

• advising NBN Co Limited on the development of its wholesale terms and conditions of access to Australia's National Broadband Network, and associated regulatory issues; and
• advising Pacific Fibre on the rollout of a new submarine cable system from Sydney to New Zealand.

In the telecommunications industry, Lisa's work has included the negotiation and drafting of wholesale and standard retail service agreements; capacity use and facilities access arrangements; network rollout, O&M and equipment supply arrangements; tower transfer and leasing arrangements; and whole of business service supply arrangements.  Lisa has also worked with many media operators, including FOXTEL, Myspace and Yahoo!7, advising on content distribution and licensing, arrangements and associated regulatory issues.  She also has extensive experience advising on issues relating to radiocomms spectrum and device licensing.

Before joining Webb Henderson, Lisa was a Special Counsel in the communications, media and technology group at Allens Arthur Robinson. Lisa has also worked at Clifford Chance in London.
