Lisa has over 15 years experience of telecommunications, media and technology transactional and regulatory work in Australia, South East Asia and Europe. She has represented leading telecommunications, pay TV and new media operators, as well as large corporates, utilities and government. 

The focus of Lisa's work has been drafting, negotiating and advising on capacity use and facilities access arrangements for fixed line and mobile operators and utilities; network rollout, O&M and equipment supply arrangements for fixed line and mobile operators and government; wholesale and retail service agreements for fixed line and mobile operators; whole of business telecommunications service supply agreements for large corporates and government; and access agreements for the regulated services of a pay TV operator. Lisa has also worked with various new media operators, advising on internet content licensing, management and distribution agreements. She also has extensive experience advising on issues relating to radiocommunications spectrum and device licensing.

Before joining Webb Henderson, Lisa was a Special Counsel in the communications, media and technology group at Allens Arthur Robinson. Lisa has also worked at Clifford Chance in London.
