Malcolm is one of the most experienced and well regarded telecommunications lawyers in the Asia Pacific region.  He has been advising telecommunications clients since 1994 on the most important regulatory issues and commercial transactions that affect their businesses.  He advises telecommunication clients globally on these matters.

Malcolm is also an adviser to broadcasters and new media companies on strategic regulatory and commercial matters, as well as to corporates on major technology projects.

Malcolm is the immediate past Chair of the Communications Law Committee of the International Bar Association.

Before starting the predecessor firm to Webb Henderson in 2004, Malcolm was a senior partner at Bell Gully.
