Zoë Aldam, Senior Associate

Zoë’s practice focuses on providing commercial advice in the telecommunications, media and technology sectors. She has in-depth experience working for both suppliers and customers in major telecommunications and IT procurement, outsourcing and other transactions in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region and has been involved with providing clients in New Zealand and Australia with contractual and strategic regulatory advice in respect of their wholesale supply agreements. Zoë also specialises in commercial IP exploitation in the context of technology and media transactions, in particular software licensing, IT solutions development and media content licensing.

Before joining the firm in 2009, Zoë was a solicitor at the London office of Bird & Bird LLP.
